Where a feature requires consent, such as certain location or notification features, you may withdraw consent through the app or your device settings. Withdrawing consent may limit the availability of the relevant feature.

We may share information with the following categories of parties where necessary to deliver, support, secure or comply with the service:

Information recorded on a public blockchain may include wallet addresses, transaction references, token movements or other public ledger data. You are responsible for understanding the nature of public blockchain systems before using wallet or token-related features.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for providing the app and related services, account and support management, legal, audit, tax, regulatory and compliance obligations, fraud prevention and security, dispute resolution, transaction records and reconciliation records.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the service used, applicable law and whether information is needed for security, accounting, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it where reasonably practical.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Deletion of an app account does not necessarily remove information that has already been recorded on a public blockchain, processed by an independent third-party provider, or retained where the law requires continued retention.
13. Children and Age Restrictions
The app is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law for the relevant service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child unlawfully, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
