FORUS Digital

Country Partnership Agreement

Stage 2 of the Country Partnership — the full agreement activating platform access, smart contract revenue share, and member recruitment.

Country Partnership

Definition

The Country Partnership Agreement is the second stage of becoming a FORUS Country Partner. The Country Partner executes the agreement, pays the upfront membership fee, and receives full FORUS platform access. Smart contract revenue share activates: every membership fee the Country Partner collects from local members is split 60/40 automatically — 60% retained by the Country Partner and their local members, 40% to FORUS Digital. The Country Partner begins recruiting local members (merchants, banks, cooperatives, government, fintechs, corporates) and commences regulatory engagement in their country with FORUS support.

Country Partner

A national-level partner who brings FORUS to their country and recruits local members underneath them.
