Expression of Interest

Stage 1 of the Country Partnership — a signed Letter of Intent that opens the data room and begins due diligence.

Country Partnership

Definition

Expression of Interest is the first stage in becoming a FORUS Country Partner. A prospective Country Partner signs a Letter of Intent and pays the enquiry fee, which grants access to the due diligence data room and allocates a FORUS onboarding team to work with them on fit. During this stage, both parties explore the national market opportunity, the prospective partner's network and capability, and the path to a full Country Partnership Agreement. The Expression of Interest is a commitment to explore together — not a territorial claim.

Country Partner

A national-level partner who brings FORUS to their country and recruits local members underneath them.

Country Partnership Agreement

Stage 2 of the Country Partnership — the full agreement activating platform access, smart contract revenue share, and member recruitment.

Full Country Partnership

Stage 3 of the Country Partnership — all regulatory approvals secured, cross-border corridors live, full governance participation.
